Odometer check & STK validity verification (free)

After you enter the VIN, we search all available STK/SME records in the official database of the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic and display the vehicle’s history, if it is listed in the register.

For each technical inspection, we display the odometer reading (kilometres driven on that date), so you can see the mileage development over time and the vehicle’s real wear.

The system automatically monitors suspicious decreases in mileage between two STK inspections by more than 5 000 km (except for trailers and semi-trailers) and alerts you to a possible odometer rollback or recording error.

From the latest record we calculate how long your STK is valid, how many days remain until the next inspection, or by how many days the technical inspection is already past its legal deadline.

We show a chronological overview of all found STK and emissions inspections – date, inspection type, result, odometer reading, next term, and detailed protocol data.

For each inspection you can see the VIN, make, commercial designation (model), variant, vehicle type and category, so you can easily verify that the data belong to your vehicle.

We display defect codes, their severity (A/B/C) and a text description according to the official table of the Ministry of Transport, colour-coded by severity so that risks are clear at a glance.

In the emissions section we show the emissions protocol number, date of measurement, SME station, fuel type, emissions system, engine manufacturer, engine number and year of manufacture.

If the vehicle is subject to ADR or has been inspected within TSK, we display the ADR vehicle type, validity dates, tank code, certificate number, inspection tasks, defects and responsible persons.

All information is sourced from the official Data Cube and vehicle register of the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic (ODVS licence). These are not estimates but authentic records from real technical inspections.

Yes, for each inspection we display the station number, region, ORP and municipality, so you can see exactly where the technical inspection was carried out. Every inspection is recorded under a unique protocol number and includes the code of the responsible technician. In case of any discrepancies, everything is documented in detail and you can refer to it.

For each record we show the date of the STK as well as the start and end times of the inspection, so you know the exact time of the vehicle check. In some cases the times may not fully match reality – this may be due to how the inspection equipment records data, or to human error on the part of the technician.

Yes, the data include the responsible person for both the technical and, where applicable, emissions part of the inspection, so you know which technician recorded the entry. For privacy reasons, the technician’s name is hidden behind a code. If you are dealing with a complaint or issue, you will need this code when communicating with the inspection station or authorities.

We display the vehicle type and category, make, model, variant and engine type, so you can easily verify whether the technical details match the vehicle you are checking. If you need even more detailed data, you can use the website STK Guru, which will show you both the current STK validity and all vehicle specs.

Yes, we display the date of first registration, the country in which the vehicle was first registered, and the document number if it is available in the system. By entering the VIN, you immediately see the vehicle’s origin.

We display the official inspection result (pass / fail) and the defects listed in the result – code, severity A/B/C and text description according to the data from the Ministry of Transport.

Yes. You will find information on whether the sticker (confirming a successful technical inspection) was applied, the date of the next visit to the STK, the current odometer reading and other details after entering the VIN into our system.
